Will this key still work in a year, or will it quietly deactivate?
The licenses we sell are perpetual: there is no renewal date and nothing to pay again. Once activated, a license survives reinstalls on the same machine, and if a key we sold you ever stops activating, our lifetime activation guarantee covers it — we replace it.
A license is used on one PC at a time. If you replace or rebuild your computer, release the key on the old one and activate it on the new one. If activation is rejected after several changes, write to us with your order number. Every listing states what you receive and how many PCs it covers, so you know what you are buying.
Who is selling this, and what exactly am I buying?
We are an independent reseller: we are not the publisher, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Each product page states what you receive and how many PCs it covers before you pay, and every key is covered by our lifetime activation guarantee: if it does not activate, we replace it for the life of the license, and a key that has never activated can be refunded in full, with no deadline.

Do I have to uninstall what I already have first?
For Windows, no. If the machine already runs Windows 11 Pro, you enter the key in Settings and nothing is wiped. If it runs Windows 11 Home, Windows switches the edition to Pro in place (the installation guide has the steps). No reinstall is needed either way.
For Office, yes: remove any other Office first. A previous Office installation, including a lapsed Microsoft 365 trial, can stop the install, so uninstall it before you start. The guide in your delivery email covers it.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Your order confirmation is emailed to you after payment and works as a receipt for most expense claims. If you need a formal invoice carrying your company name, VAT number or a purchase-order reference, write to us with those details and we will issue one.
I bought the wrong edition. What now?
Tell us before the key has been used to activate and we exchange it — you pay or we refund the difference, and nothing is lost.
A refund is available while the key has not been used to activate and you tell us in writing. Once a key has activated successfully, it cannot be returned for a refund, which is the firm line in our refund policy. If you are unsure which edition you need, ask first: it is easier to answer a question than to undo a sale.
